Publisher and acceptance
LeanZero SRL is registered in Romania: trade register J2025012835002, CUI 51336260, registered office Str. Toamnei 23 G, CAM. 1, Bragadiru, Ilfov, 077025. Contact office@leanzero.net. An administrator accepting these terms for an organisation must have authority to do so.
The application is commercial, private-source software licensed for the authorised organisation's use; it is not sold or released under an open-source licence. Installing, ordering or using Cost Slasher for an organisation constitutes acceptance of these terms by its authorised representative. The Cost Slasher Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms when LeanZero processes personal data on that organisation's behalf. Applicable Atlassian platform and Marketplace terms also govern use of those services. This page alone does not establish a Marketplace listing, public availability or Atlassian approval.
Beta and charges
Use the beta only for an organisation and installation authorised through LeanZero's invitation or an available listing. Beta functionality can change. The beta has no guaranteed uptime or response-time service level agreement.
Cost Slasher's commercial beta is offered as a paid subscription through Atlassian Marketplace when the listing is available. The price, billing interval, evaluation entitlement and renewal conditions are those disclosed in the actual Marketplace order. Prices are intended to cover the service's running costs; no price or available subscription is established by this page. Atlassian's terms govern Marketplace billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. LeanZero does not take payment details through recovery.
An earlier free beta invitation remains subject to its disclosed conditions and does not authorise an automatic charge. A customer must knowingly order the paid offer or otherwise agree to its charges. The Cost Slasher subscription is separate from Atlassian's Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management seat charges; the application cannot change Atlassian's billing terms.
Purpose and verified outcomes
Cost Slasher uses observed inactivity and configured eligibility to manage licences, allows an identified eligible person to explicitly request access back, and supports protected time-away returns. It also provides scoped group routing, app permissions, audit, usage information and a REST surface.
A request can be recorded, waiting, refused, uncertain or verified. A recorded request is not proof that Atlassian access changed. Restoration depends on current eligibility, authority, available capacity or an exact protected return commitment, and the provider's verified response. A licence does not replace space, project or service permissions.
Administrator responsibilities
Administrators must bind the exact organisation, directory, installation, site, apps and managed destination groups; verify paid-role mappings and activity coverage; set appropriate inactivity and capacity policies; and grant only the app roles and REST scopes needed for authorised work.
Automatic release stays off until recovery entry, warning delivery, activity and capacity prerequisites have been verified for the configured app. Keep an independent administrator access route and review unresolved outcomes. An enabled installation link or a green local test is not a completed ordinary-user, provider or workload qualification.
Directory-managed source groups establish eligibility and may be read only. Routing must preserve manual and other-rule contributions. Paid-access changes need the applicable routing and licence authority. A competing installation must not activate automation for targets owned by another controller.
Keep organisation Admin API keys and pairing or notification secrets in the configured secret stores. Do not send them in recovery forms, source files, public links or support messages. Authorisation for a test organisation does not authorise configuration changes on someone else's production system.
Member actions and time away
Use your own Atlassian identity, review the named site and app before requesting access, and provide accurate departure, return and timezone information. The recovery page does not collect your Atlassian password and does not grant a licence merely because it was opened.
A confirmed time-away booking protects an allocation for the return. The interface distinguishes a confirmed commitment from a return that needs attention. Cancellation and early return follow the recorded workflow. Provider failures and unresolved outcomes must be reconciled before capacity is treated as free.
Data and termination
The Cost Slasher privacy statement describes Forge business records, read:me Atlassian sign-in, necessary recovery cookies and the external AWS service. The Data Processing Addendum governs processing on the customer's behalf, including assistance, subprocessors and return or deletion at termination. The security policy describes safeguards and how to report a concern. This app does not claim that all data stays inside Forge.
App export and deletion controls record scoped requests. Completion requires a verified outcome. Ending beta use or uninstalling the Forge app does not automatically erase external registry or handover records, retained backups, ownership evidence or unresolved operations. Contact LeanZero to coordinate controller shutdown, session revocation and the applicable retention or privacy review before removal.
Permitted use and support
Use the application only for authorised licence administration and recovery. Do not bypass account or app permissions, attempt to obtain another person's data, disclose credentials, or use the service contrary to applicable law or Atlassian's acceptable-use rules.
Support is provided by LeanZero through Cost Slasher support portal and office@leanzero.net. Provide a non-secret request reference and visible outcome where available. Do not send API keys, session cookies, recovery signatures or unredacted personal exports.
Limitations and changes
The beta is provided as available. No current claim of 20,000-user capacity, successful access restoration, Marketplace certification or security accreditation follows from these terms. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not excluded.
Romanian law governs these terms, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Material changes are published with an updated date and communicated where appropriate. Stop using the beta and contact LeanZero if you do not accept a material change. No change creates an undisclosed automatic payment obligation.
